最高の練習

Yesterday, a student of my class and her sister came to my cafe to have lunch.

They ordered a lot of menu, so it took long time to cook.

I was sorry but they said it's delicious, so I was relieved and glad.

It has been for near one year since I had started the job of cafe.

But the number of guests is little, so I'm still not familiar to this job.

Like yesterday, when I receive order from guest and cook for them, it's the best training for me.

This evening, I'm going to be a lecturer at online seminar of shiho-shoshi association.

昨日は教室の生徒さんとそのご家族が私のカフェに食事に来てくれました。

たくさん注文していただき、提供するのに時間がかかりました。

申し訳なかったのですが、おいしいと言っていただき、ほっとするとともに嬉しかったです。

カフェの仕事を始めてもうじき一年になりますが、お客様は少なく、未だ仕事に慣れていません。

昨日のようにお客様から注文を受けて、お客様のために調理をしてお出しすることが、私には最高のトレーニングです。

今夜は司法書士会のオンライン研修会で講師を務める予定です。
