韓国籍の方の相続

Last night, I was a lecturer at a seminar of shiho-shoshi association.

I reported some cases about Korean inheritance I had experienced.

In Korean inheritance, we need to apply for certificate of family registration to consulate of Korea and translate documents.

Like this, there are different type of burden from normal job.

Of course it's hard, but it's rewarding because I can use my knowledge or skill I had gotten through long effort.

Next week I am going to be a lecturer at other two seminars.

I must prepare for them.

昨夜は司法書士会のオンライン研修会で講師を務めました。

自分が経験した韓国籍の方の相続登記に関するいくつかの事例を報告しました。

韓国籍の方の相続では、領事館に韓国の戸籍を請求したり、文書の翻訳が必要となるなど、通常の仕事とは異なる苦労があります。

もちろん大変ではありますが、長い努力によった獲得した知識や技術を活用できる仕事であり、やりがいがあります。

来週は別の二つの研修会で講師を務める予定です。

その準備をする必要があります。
