疲れたらよく食べよく寝る

Yesterday, I made documents and went to post office in the morning.

From the noon I opened cafe, and a student came to take lesson in the evening.

After the lesson, I walked to beef rice restaurant to have dinner.

Because I felt tired yesterday, so I went to bed earlier.

Thanks to that, this morning I got fine.

Today, I am going to do online lesson with a student in the morning and in the afternoon students will come to take lessons.

昨日は午前中に書類を作ってから郵便局に行きました。

正午からカフェを開き、夕方に生徒さんがレッスンに来てくれました。

レッスンの後、歩いて牛丼屋にご飯を食べに行きました。

昨日は疲れを感じたため早く寝ました。

おかげで今朝は元気になりました。

今日は午前中に生徒さんとオンラインでレッスンをした後、午後にも生徒さんたちがレッスンにいらっしゃる予定です。
