難しい道案内

Yesterday, a senior woman came to my office to take counsel.

She lives in our city and took bus to come here.

After getting off the bus, on walking to my office, she lost the way.

She asked a person in neighborhood, fortunately the person knew my place and taught her the route, therefore she could arrived at me office.

Although I explained her my place on the phone, sometimes the thing like this happens.

It's difficult to explain the way on the phone.

昨日はご老人が相談にいらっしゃいました。

市内に住む方で、バスに乗ってここまでいらっしゃいました。

バスを降りて歩いて私の事務所に来る途中で道に迷ったそうです。

近所の人に道を尋ねたところ、その人が私の事務所を知っていて道順を教えてくれたおかげで、ここまでたどり着くことができました。

事前に電話で場所を説明していても、たまにこういうことが起こります。

電話で道を説明するのは難しいです。
