too long...　長過ぎる

Yesterday, I left so early to go to Immigration Bureau in Nagano city.

In that place, there were a lot of guests, so it took more hour than I expected.

Add to it, on the way home, because of road construction I had to go to the other rout, therefore it took more hour.

So, I was late for the online meeting starting from the afternoon.

By the way, yesterday there were two online meetings, the first one was from 1 pm to 5, second was from 5 pm to 7.

Add to it, the second meeting was extended to 7:30.

Like that, I had to be at the office, sitting in front of the computer alone, it was so hard, and I got pain on my waist.

昨日は朝早く出て、長野市の出入国在留管理局へ行ってきました。

人が多く、思ったより時間がかかりました。

それに加えて、帰り道では道路工事のため、違う道を案内されて、さらに時間がかかりました。

そのため、午後からのオンライン会議に遅刻しました。

ちなみに、昨日は午後1時から5時までと、5時から7時までの、二つのオンライン会議に出席しました。

さらに、二つ目の会議は7時半まで延長されました。

このように長い時間、事務所で一人、パソコンの前に座っているのはとてもしんどく、腰も痛くなりました。
